1:1 Yoga is designed just for you, it is a very personalised class, focusing what ever your need may be, perhaps posture focused or perhaps working on alignment. we can also work on building a meditation/mindfulness practice into your class.
You will start to build a home practice to enable you to bring Yoga into your life each day.
During 1:1 Yoga sessions I bring in an element of Thai Yoga Massage, this is a very unique method of working the body, where I will assist you into Yoga stretches in a therapeutic way.
